Are you a driven, diligent individual with a proactive attitude? Do you have excellent customer service experience?

Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a Corporate Client Coordinator to join their Bristol team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake responsibility for end-to-end process of tasks
  • Ensure knowledge of products and regulatory environments is complied with
  • Answer incoming inquiries accurately and document their resolution
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and queries
  • Maintain relationships with advisors and other business areas


Your skills:

  • A positive individual with a "can-do" attitude
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • IT competent with experience of using MS Office
  • A highly accurate individual with excellent attention to detail
