Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing - Hedge Fund

This role requires knowledge dealing with the full life cycle of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, dividends, income and proxy, across all asset classes. You will interact directly and manage relationships with all functional teams across front to back office and ensure accurate and timely resolution of all dividend and corporate actions exceptions.

We are looking for someone with a critical mindset, who is constantly looking to improve the status quo and interested in process improvement / automation / execute business transformation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or other related fields.
• 3-6 years in an investment firm, bank or multi strategy hedge fund working in asset servicing / corporate actions.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, IHS Markit, and other core 3rd party data providers.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
