The largest provider of Financial Education and Well-being support within the public sector are seeking to recruit a Corporate Account Manager to join their busy team in the city centre of Bristol. Owned by a multi-award winning national Wealth Management Company with a fantastic reputation for providing high quality education, advice and guidance to both the private and public sector. They are leaders in their field, achieving record results every year and are growing the business for continued future success.

The Corporate Account Manager will effectively manage existing and new corporate client relationships by implementing the delivery of financial education and guidance to a range of corporate clients within a fast-growing and forward thinking business. The successful candidate will support the Team Manager and Head of Client Development in expanding the service provided by successfully managing and implementing wellbeing strategies, as well as projects with our clients.

They will also provide operational support to the Corporate Account Executive team, through the use of best practice techniques to ensure the effective delivery of our services. They will help to develop long term client satisfaction and engagement with the various services the Company offers, which is a key to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day business relationships of corporate clients, whilst supporting the delivery of seminar programme and enquiry generation for advice services
  • Resolve challenging client requests or issues and ensure that queries are escalated appropriately
  • Provide project management support to the Team Manager in line with business objectives
  • Analyse client data and identify where improvements can be made to increase client offering
  • Initiate client review meetings and provide product-focused solutions to increase client/delegate engagement

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven customer service skills, with a passion for maintaining positive client relationships
  • Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task, coupled with a flexible attitude
  • Successful history of delivering client centered projects, ideally within the financial services business to business space
  • Strong background of customer service skills and experience of working towards and achieving targets, enhanced by excellent communication skills
  • Passionate and personable, with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with an ability to confidently analyse data and make effective decisions to help drive business growth
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others with a focus on delivering results through best practice techniques
  • Thorough approach to work and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines with proven time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams
