If you are an immediately available administrator, then please get in touch. I am working with a client in Wakefield who is seeking someone on a fixed-term contract.
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? They are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing contracts, resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and various departments.Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    Handle contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Address any disputes or issues related to orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • SAP (Desirable):
    Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous but not essential.
  • Sharp and Personable:
    We're looking for someone who is quick-witted, adaptable, and a great fit for our team.
