Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal local to the Rugeley area seeking a new opportunity within a supportive, friendly and experienced team? This full-time permanent role based in Rugeley could be the opportunity for you!

The firm and team 

Our client is reputable and long standing in the Staffordshire area, running a highly successful residential property department where it is quality over quantity and involves many high net worth matters. In Rugeley, the team is comprised of the head of team plus two other qualified solicitors and support staff. This role fits between the solicitors and the support staff as a residential property paralegal. 

The role 

As a residential property paralegal in this team, you will support the head of the team on more high net worth matters along with being responsible for handling a small caseload of simple sale files and touching upon some purchase files under supervision. 

About you

To be considered you must have:

  • At least two years’ experience in residential property as a paralegal
  • The ability to manage a small simple caseload 
  • Ability to talk to clients in a confident manner and deal with difficult conversations
  • A passion for this area of law
