Conveyancing Paralegal

A west London based firm is looking for a passionate Conveyancing Paralegal to assist its Property Department with both residential and commercial conveyancing matters. 

You will have the opportunity to join a hugely successful and client centric practice with a very strong property department that works on lots of good quality work with properties valued in the millions.

Your role will include:

• Submitting SDLT forms
• Land Registry applications
• Processing property searches
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and estate agents 

The successful candidate will have:

• 1 year + of experience as a Property Paralegal
• Exposure to residential conveyancing matters and some commercial property
• An interest in client care and satisfaction 
• Good communication skills

This is an expansion role not a replacement hire, so expect a fresh workload!
