Description

  • Assisting in all stages of property transactions
  • Preparing and submitting legal documents
  • Conducting and reporting on property searches
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Ensuring all files are compliant with company standards
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements

Profile

A successful Conveyancing Assistant should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field
  • Working knowledge of conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and conveyancing software
