Description
- Assisting in all stages of property transactions
- Preparing and submitting legal documents
- Conducting and reporting on property searches
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Ensuring all files are compliant with company standards
- Providing administrative support to the legal team
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Assistant should have:
- A degree in law or a related field
- Working knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and conveyancing software
