Conveyancing Assistant

Wirral/Hybrid

Salary £21,000 – 25,000

My client, a reputable law firm based in Wirral, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Conveyancing Assistants. This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the conveyancing process under the guidance of a Senior Conveyancer. The position offers growth opportunities across three levels: Junior Assistant, Assistant, and Senior Assistant.

Junior Assistant Level:
  • Manage file initiation and documentation maintenance.
  • Process estate agent sales paperwork efficiently.
  • Retrieve necessary Land Registry documents online.
  • Compile Contract Packs for sale transactions.
  • Handle redemption statements and conduct searches.
  • Coordinate completion procedures and address client inquiries.
Senior Assistant Level:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and proficiency across all levels.
  • Conduct title checks under supervision for purchase transactions.
  • Evaluate responses to pre-contract inquiries meticulously.
  • Independently oversee entire sale and purchase files.
  • Present completed files for review by Senior Conveyancer/Conveyancer.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal background
  • Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
