This Law firm is a regional practice who are expanding the Conveyancing department at their Southport office with a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal.

You will be expected to:

• Assist fee earners with Conveyancing matters from initial quotation through to completion, with caseloads consisting of sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold to name a few.#

To be successful in your application you will possess no less than 2 years prior experience working in a conveyancing assistant or paralegal role and continuously dealing with the above duties.

The salary on offer for this Conveyancing Assistant role is up to £24,000 DOE, 28 days holidays + Bank Holidays with Hybrid working available after a successful probation period and a range of benefits.
