My client is looking to appoint an experienced and capable Administrator to join their busy and demanding Contracts and Pricing team. 


As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer pricing is accurately managed and maintained and providing support to the Commercial department as requested / required.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Working closely with the Sales teams and Commercial Finance - providing them with daily Admin based support.
  • Following company processes with contract pricing. maintenance, and validations.
  • Inputting and amending customer terms and contract details
  • Loading accurate pricing into the system - both cost and sale price
  • Assisting with annual audits on customer pricing data
  • You will process requests for information - adhering to deadlines
  • Assist with projects as requested by your Line Manager
  • Working daily with Excel for report generation or to access data
We are looking for a highly competent Administrator who is looking for their next challenge, who ideally enjoys working with data and / or numbers. You must also have good working knowledge of Excel as this will be used daily.
