£65,000 - £75,000 + Company Vehicle

An amazing opportunity to work with a building partner of choice for blue chip companies in fast fit out for the hospitality, leisure, and retail sector. This company build and transform clubs, restaurants, shops, hotels, pubs, and offices into high performing, stunning outlets. As a high-quality construction company, they have a public sector and local authority arm too, with extensive experience of updating social housing, schools, and hospitals. They pride themselves on their ability to solve problems intelligently, with a drive to stick to budgets and deadlines and to fulfil their clients’ needs.

Information on the role

  • Helping the company with their expanded growth and thus demand
  • Home & site based, working on various sites nationwide
  • Working alongside and complement site teams
  • Meeting subcontractors and clients
  • Tender and negotiate work
  • Represent the company at meetings
  • Report to a board of directors

What we’d like from you

  • Previous Fit Out/Shop Fitting knowledge/experience
  • Proven Contract Management experience
  • Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
  • Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
  • Full driving license
  • Commercially aware
  • Ability to tender or negotiate work
