Are you a multi skilled Contracts Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

We may have the perfect opportunity working in a fast-paced environment for a well established company in West Bromwich..

The purpose for the contracts administrator is to support the contracts department with the following duties:

• Produce and Update the General Products Contracts Tracker
• Weekly updates to Actual Forecast Spreadsheets
• Produce accurate monthly job costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
• Produce accurate Year to Date Job Costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
• Checking engineers Purchase Reserves and Issuing to Accounts
• Producing the monthly Production Work in Progress
• Checking Monthly Sales Credit Note Report
• Involvement with accounts team to ensure financial accuracy for monthly accounts.
• Ensuring relevant Projects are ‘Completed’ on M1 (ERP System)
• Proactive involvement with contracts engineers providing support when needed.
• Processing Purchase Invoices
• Raising Sales invoices and/ or Applications for Payment
• Maintain the relevant areas of the M1 system and project server.
Ideally, the successful applicant will:

• Experienced working in a busy manufacturing sales, contracts or planning working in an
• Have strong ERP experience
• Be an excellent communicator
• Computer literate specifically in Excel and Word.
• Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure

Immediate start for the right candidate
Full time permanent position, working 37.5 hrs per week
Salary £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
