We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team here at Caroola Group. This role will be based 3 days per week out of our Warrington HQ office.

This is an exciting role with a very attractive realistic commission structure - Your OTE will be £38-£40k

Role Overview:

  • To deliver the highest possible conversion rates from prospect to registered Flexible Employee whilst operating entirely within the Caroola corporate values and standards of compliance
  • Warm leads via inbound, outbound and email. no cold calling
  • Upsell and cross sell all brands and services
  • To take personal ownership of your pipeline from initial enquiry through to conversion, working effectively with internal colleagues and external clients to deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.
  • To represent Parasol and Caroola to potential new Flexible Employees in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner at all times

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all prospects receive compliant and comprehensive advice, information and illustrations in line with Parasol policies and corporate values
  • Meet or exceed all targets and Key Performance Indicators [including minimum call time per week, cross-sales, number of registrations - or any other measure which may be required in future]
  • Work in partnership with colleagues to provide a seamless and professional service to our customers, taking ownership of issues arising within your caseload and assisting colleagues where necessary
  • Take personal responsibility for your own sales pipeline, ensuring that conversion of referrals to registrations from your portfolio are maximised both in terms of percentage and time to convert
  • Take personal responsibility to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Parasol product suite, of the legislation and tax policy affecting the Parasol market, and of the market conditions and competitor framework Parasol must work within
  • Take ownership of your own personal and professional development, taking full advantage of the opportunities made available to you by Parasol
  • Complete any additional tasks or projects allocated to you to your best ability and in a timely manner

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Business to consumer sales experience
  • Proven/demonstrable sales record
  • Experience of target/KPI driven challenging sales environments
  • Accuracy / attention to detail skills
  • Microsoft Office - strong excel/word/power point/outlook skills
  • Excellent Communicator - Able to influence effectively both internally and externally
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
  • Identify and act upon revenue generative opportunities
  • Self-motivated and proactive
