Contract Support - Salary up to £35,000

Trevett Services are excited to be working on behalf of a growing Building Services and FM Provider who are looking to bring on a Contract Support to work on this static site in the Olympic Park area.

They are looking to employ a Contract Support to join the team, and to be responsible for the customer service, financial and administration services to the contract.

Key Responsibilities of Contract Support:

  • To support and assist on monthly contract reviews, compiling review packs and contract management reports
  • Raise and issue purchase orders, assigning to the correct department and cost centre
  • Liaise with client around invoicing, ensuring all outstanding invoices are chased
  • Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the department
  • Carry out timesheet management and attendance planner, arranging cover for holidays and sickness

Experience Required for Contract Support:

  • Previous experience as a Contract Support or Contract Administrator is essential
  • Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
  • A strong understand of accounts and the invoice process is essential
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external
  • Experience working in a busy and varied office environment

This role is fully office based and you must be able to travel to Olympic Park 5 days a week. Working hours are 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm.

This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a reputable FM company. Salary is up to £35,000 and excellent additional company benefits!
