A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a leading law firm in Hampshire. The award winning business are looking to expand their Contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates team in Hampshire, by hiring a Senior Associate at least four years post qualification experience. The firm are well recognised across the country with multiple offices across London and the South East. The role will require you to give advice on all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Will validity disputes, disputes relating to the removal of trustees and personal representatives, estate and trust administration disputes and constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel claims. You will be acting for beneficiaries, executors and trustees, including individuals, trust companies and other organisations such as charities and disputes and the work will be of excellent quality You will be highly organised and possess excellent client communication skills. You will receive excellent training in a fully supported environment where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential whilst sharing your knowledge and supporting more junior members of the team.
