Job Title: Contact Centre Team Lead
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Typically around £35,000)
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (UK time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of highly motivated customer service professionals, focusing on developing and empowering them to deliver world-class customer service.
- Support multiple regions and represent the Centre of Excellence.
- Play an integral role in enhancing customer service offering across all communication channels.
- Manage team's contribution towards operational and service delivery goals, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Actively manage, coach, and provide development plans for team members, resolving performance issues promptly.
- Assist in handling escalations and identifying trends for improvement.
- No weekend work required.
Experience:
- Strong leadership experience in managing a multi-skilled high-volume Customer Service Team.
- Understanding of Operations/Contact Centre environment.
- Efficient in prioritising workloads with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify trends and drive change, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
