Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handling a range of calls from customers and third parties assisting with a variety of queries ensuring these are resolved efficiently and service level agreements are adhered too.

You will be also looking after a busy inbox and corresponding with customers over webchat.

Previous Customer Service Experience

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Able to handle a high workload and have excellent organisation

A confident telephone manner

A good team player

Job Offer

Salary o £23000 rising to £25000 after probation+ reputable business within the automotive sector+ full training provided+ excellent progression and development+ easy accessible location from the centre and Bradford+ great transport links+ free parking+ no shift patterns or weekends+ hybrid working+ excellent benefits
