Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls speaking to existing members handling a range of enquiries ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently.

You will be speaking with customers also through webchat and email working in a busy environment making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail

Extremely passionate about delivering the best level of customer service

Able to work in fast paced environment

An excellent telephone manner

A good team player
