My clients require a qualified lawyer with 3 - 5 years PQE experience in construction law. The. Construction team deals with a variety of work ranging from mixed use development across the spectrum of construction and engineering in the UK.

Role Overview

In joining this legal firm in the Construction Team, you will be a self-motivated construction lawyer ideally with experience of contentious and non-contentious work, and a knowledge of key areas of the law, including the main published standard forms of Building Contracts.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in non-contentious and contentious construction law
  • Experience of providing practical advice which a lay client understands
  • A focus and attention to detail in client care.
  • A drive to market to clients including cross selling to colleagues working in diverse areas of law.
  • A strong sense of commerciality in your approach and advice to clients
