A highly respected and established Construction Consultancy in London is seeking a proficient and versatile Construction Project Manager.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about managing mid-to-large scale projects across various sectors.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will handle a variety of projects in retail, commercial office, residential, education, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through different stages of the construction process.
- Acting as a key communication link between clients, professional team members, and contractors.
- Ensuring projects are tailored to meet specific business objectives of clients.
- Adopting a proactive approach to project management to maintain high standards.
The Construction Project Manager
- Holds an MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Is ideally Chartered (RICS/APM/CIOB) or working towards accreditation.
- Can handle most or all RIBA stages.
- Has a consultancy background with experience in diverse projects within the build sector.
- Possesses a full driver's license.
