Construction Project Manager
A well-respected and dedicated Construction Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join their team in East London.
This role is a superb chance for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact in the Public Sector and Education realm, particularly in school projects.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing medium to large projects across the Public Sector and Education sector.
- Managing all project stages from inception to completion, ensuring budget adherence.
- Collaborating closely with senior staff, contributing to the growth and development of the department.
- Progressing towards managing a team as the department expands.
The Construction Project Manager
- MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications (or actively working towards them).
- A BSc/MSc degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor.
- Experience in a Construction Consultancy, particularly with Public Sector projects.
- A full driver's license.
