Construction Project Manager

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Nottingham are seeking a Project Manager to join them on an to support an NHS Trust in Lincoln for 5-days a week (based on site). This project is actively on-going and therefore are seeking someone to join as soon as possible to become project lead on this project.

This ideal individual for this opportunity is an experienced project manager with NHS project experience.

• Ability to manage projects indecently whilst driving them forwards to completion.
• Will be liaising directly with the NHS stakeholders (discussing proceedings, attending meetings etc.)
• Managing Lincoln project on 5 days a week basis - site based.
• Happy to travel as required. There may be other projects which require attending to when needed - regional.
• Reporting back to Directors

• Professional qualification in construction management
• Previous experience on NHS projects
• Experience in working as a project lead.
• Full driving license
• Problem solver
• Must have drive to push projects on

• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
• Holidays: 24 days + BH
