Experienced Conference Producer - Global Institute

London office - Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office

Base salary up to £35,000 + Benefits

  • Join a Global Institute as a Conference Producer, producing events for members.
  • Experience producing training courses or conferences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching, developing and producing content for the events that are created for members and global stakeholders.
  • Produce online & in-person training courses, conferences and awards.

What will you be doing?

  • Produce market-leading and high-quality products - content and online and in-person training and conference events.
  • Product research, market testing and robust topic & programme validation to ensure content is aligned with the needs of the key stakeholders and members.
  • Secure, brief and support writers, speakers, and trainers.
  • Lots of internal and external stakeholder management
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams across product, curriculum, marketing, operations, communications, commercial and partnerships.
  • Ensure products are relevant and suitable for global markets.
  • Make sure quality products are being delivered in line with the agreed best practice
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and customer satisfaction, product quality and product profitability and revenue goals are achieved/exceeded.
  • Create product plans and content forecasts.

Who are you?

  • Ideally, you will have 2 years of b2b conference production or training course production experience.
  • If you have worked in a membership/association environment it would be advantageous.
  • Experience producing high-level and commercially attractive event content that meets the needs of the audience.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills and the ability to spot new trends and topics for programmes.
  • Must be able to work with multiple priorities, tight deadlines and with numerous internal and external stakeholders whilst remaining calm and focused.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix environment, being reliable, professional and able to communicate effectively.
  • Successful track record managing internal and external stakeholders and building strong professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Have the ability to operate effectively in a global role.
