My Investment Management client is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to provide advice and guidance to the business on internal compliance matters. Other responsibilities;

  • Manage trading restrictions and related activities
  • Issue resolution on compliance matters
  • Conduct Compliance Training
  • Assist in enhancing and maintaining policies, procedures, and other compliance-related governance documents

SKILLS

  • Regulatory compliance experience from an investment management firm is essential
  • Securities laws experience related to market abuse
