We’re searching for a part-time Compliance Manager to support and maintain a rigorous approach to governance and compliance across our IMS, key accreditations, risk programme, ESG initiatives and data protection framework.

You will have a proactive approach to identifying compliance risks, driving compliance programmes and keeping ahead of upcoming legal and regulatory changes.

A core focus of the role will be maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with multiple regulations, ISO standards, security certifications, customer contractual arrangements, and public sector framework agreements ensuring adherence to requirements. As well as managing the company risk programme including oversight and monitoring of risk registers, controls, risk policy and contribution to Audit & Risk Committee

The Compliance Manager will fulfil the role of Data Protection Officer and be leading and reporting on the company’s ESG regulatory compliance programme, including chairing the Six Degrees Green Team and preparing & maintaining the carbon accounts for internal and regulatory reporting

The role will focus on driving the internal and external audit schedules, including frequently interacting with auditors as well as horizon scanning for changes to regulations, frameworks, and customer requirements.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds but would like for the successful candidate to have a deep and broad understanding of the IT Service Industry, a high attention to detail and rigour when managing projects and key stakeholders. They will undoubtedly have a wealth of experience in ISO standards and have attained lead auditor status.
