Are you a compliance professional with strong financial crime experience? Are you able to work in central Bristol 2 days a week? Do you have a background in financial services? If the answer to all these questions is yes then we would be keen to hear from you as we are working with a market leading business who need to bolster their second line of defence team. Aside from the knowledge around compliance and financial crime you'll be an individual who has an outgoing personality and the communication skills to challenge first line of defence and carry out compliance monitoring and investigate suspicious activity. You'll be someone who is able to work on projects such as operational resilience, consumer duty, regulatory change roll out and you'll be comfortable working with people at all levels. This position will liaise with many areas of the business and requires a relationship building personality wanting to communicate in many ways not just on email. This business offers hybrid working, flexible start and finish times and an excellent benefits package.
