Compliance Assistant/Delegated Authority Assistant

Our Client, a Specialist Insurance and Underwriting firm, are looking for a Compliance/Delegated Authority Assistant to join their team in assisting the Compliance Team in the execution of their duties, in particular those concerning the oversight and management of the Delegated Authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring (Delegated Authority): maintaining an effective compliance monitoring framework.
  • Scheduling and scoping coverholder audits.
  • Working across the various teams to address audit recommendations, acting as a point f contact for Oversight Queries

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of relevant provisions of the Group's bylaws, Regulations and codes of conduct.
  • Knowledge of external requirements applicable to Delegated Authority business.
  • Knowledge of Insurance, Reinsurance, and Reserving Practice.
