We are actively looking for a Compliance and Building Safety Manager to join a local authority in the Suffolk area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance and Building Safety Manager, you will be:
  • Supporting the compliance team to monitor the statutory compliance for the domestic properties and make sure standards are met
  • Supervise and guide a team of surveying and technical officers to achieve high levels of compliance
  • Oversee the repairs, improvements and planned maintenance programme
  • Preparing building safety and compliance reports

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working with the big 6 of compliance / building safety
  • Social housing / local authority experience
  • Experience leading compliance or building safety team
  • Building services related degree or equivalent professional building services related qualification

As the Compliance and Building Safety Manager, you will receive:
