Description

As a Complaints handler you will be working within the customer service department and will be responsible for any insurance and product escalated complaints.

You will be corresponding with customers through letter, email and over the phone investigating the complaint from start to finish working closely with other members of the business to come to a resolution asap for the customer.

The role is varied and will be responsible for handling a range of general enquiries too but the main duties of the position will be resolving escalations.

Profile

Previous complaints experience ideally within a regulated environment but could be open to background

Excellent written and verbal communication

Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience

Able to investigate and analyse data with a keen eye for detail

The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships

Forward thinking and proactive alongside wanting to bring new ideas to improve the customer journey

A good team player

Job Offer

Salary of up to £35000 dependant on experience+ reputable insurance business in Bradford+ Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm+ no shift patterns or weekends+ hybrid working+ free parking+ excellent benefits+ generous staff discount+ excellent progression and development+ lovely team and culture+ excellent on site facilities+ immediate interview
