COMPLAINTS HANDLER

WARWICK, WARWICKSHIRE -HYBRID ROLE 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME (WFH)

BASIC SALARY UP TO £26,000 PA PLUS BONUS UP TO £2000, OVERTIME AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE

Are you an experienced and empathetic Complaints Handler with the expertise in resolving complex complaints? Are you skilled at not just addressing issues, but also ensuring that customers leave feeling satisfied that their complaint has been investigated and dealt with fairly?

As a Complaints Handler you will handle complaints from start to finish, to ensure that the customer understands that you are thoroughly examining their complaints. This will involve:

  • Reviewing and investigating customer complaints in a thorough and fair manner.
  • Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to gather information and resolve complex issues.
  • Crafting clear, concise, and well-reasoned final resolutions that address customer concerns.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, and understanding throughout the process.
  • Implementing process improvements to minimise future complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

To be successful as a Complaints Handler you must have:

  • Proven experience in handling customer complaints, ideally experience of writing final resolutions.
  • Background in insurance, banking, finance, motor trade would be advantageous preferably with knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Empathy and patience to connect with customers and ensure their concerns are heard.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  •  A passion for continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset.
