Description

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer service.
  • Identify and escalate systemic issues that lead to customer complaints.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Profile

A successful Complaint Handler should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
