Community Manager Intern
How you expect the candidate to spend their day:
This role is very broad given the stage of the business and the size of the team. This will include administrative jobs (calendar management, events planning, etc.), content and communications strategy (e.g. designing a brochure for a future event, crafting an invitation to FTSE board members, etc.) or more operational (such as buying new plants for our new office!). Being a technology company, we require candidates with an interest in technology and who are interested in learning about the operations of a fast-moving business.
What type of personality are we looking for?
Attitude and energy trump all else - while your skills and qualifications are valued, we are looking for someone who sees the potential for the business and the opportunity this provides you to learn a wide variety of skills. We are looking for enthusiasm and energy. We work at pace and very collaboratively and are looking for someone that is energised by that type of environment. Past experience with members clubs, database management, white-glove service and communications would be helpful but not necessary.
