Position: Community Psychiatric Nurse  - Crisis - Birmingham (Ongoing)

Day in the Life of an RMN:

Joining our team means playing a crucial role in patient care:

• Conducting community visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
• Administering medications according to schedule for effective treatment.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and provide support.
• Conducting risk assessments to maintain patient safety.

Requirements:

• Active NMC registration as an RMN.
• Demonstrated experience in community nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
