Working for a leading organisation as Senior Communications Campaigns Manager. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with possible extension, salary up to £51K.
Location either London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff or Glasgow with 2 days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities

  • Will manage external and internal multi channel communications designed to influence reputation and lead on delivery of complex transformation campaigns.
  • Liaise with teams to embed use of AI tools and software to produce high quality, impactful content that has the correct audience reach.
  • Delegated responsibility for commercial supplier frameworks for advertising and digital/social buying
  • Manage of team of 8 communications and creative individuals.
  • Work with the Head of People Delivery to ensure all comms aligns to inclusion and diversity performance targets.
  • Deliver content across a range of channels to raise awareness, change perceptions and create engagement working alongside a number of external stakeholders.
Key skills
  • Creative communications with experience of behavioral change and employee engagement with underlining understanding of marketing disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels, PR, advertising, content creation, crisis communications, internal communications.
  • Experienced in recruitment communications, digital and social media, market research, behavioral science based communications, branding, campaign strategy, activation and evaluation.
  • Excellent decision making skills, formulates and communicates clear viewpoints on complicated issues, creating a concise and well written narrative to express opinions and approaches.
  • Flexible and dynamic approach to working in a high pressure environment to challenging deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex information in concise and plain English
  • You will be a resilient individual, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing and evolving circumstances and priorities. Believing that understanding the audience is at the heart of all effective communication, you will be keen to build knowledge of your audience and use that to guide your communications outputs, anticipating and adapting to audience trends.
