Commercial Real Estate Associate

This is an opportunity to join a Mayfair-based law firm which delivers exceptional legal results to their clients who are principally from the real estate and private wealth sectors.

They would like to hire a Solicitor to join their renowned commercial real estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis.

Requirememts

• You will ideally have 2 - 3 years PQE from another similar or city firm.
• This role will sit in the firm's growing and well regarded 'Corporate Occupiers’ team. You must have an excellent grounding in landlord and tenant and transaction due diligence.
• Experience acting for corporate tenants is also desirable.
• The successful candidate must show an ability and enthusiasm to help grow the practice area and make a mark within the sector.
