A great opportunity to join a large Property business who have offices across the North East region.

As the successful candidate, you will be working with a team of property managers who assist with the works and repairs within their commercial property portfolio.

Within your role you will:

  • To deliver the best service to our clients and tenants
  • Deal with all aspects of property management, including day to day repairs, client queries / reporting, insurance renewals & claims, processing invoices, dealing with clients and tenants regarding credit control / arrears.
  • Service Charge budgeting & reconciliations.
  • Ensure continuity of business and an excellent reputation in the market by going the extra mile
  • Maintain excellent relationships with reliable contractors
  • Pro-actively manage problematic situations to the satisfaction of all parties
  • Take part in business activities to promote the business in the wider community
  • Ensure compliance with strict legislation and company policies at all times

About you:

  • Possess superb organisational and communication skills
  • Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual, with the will to overcome difficulties
  • Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have a full driving licence and own car for work
  • Have property management experience, ideally in the commercial sector
