Commercial Property Solicitor

Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, reputable law firm in the Burnley area. This is a permanent, full-time job with the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be required to manage their own caseload, dealing with a range of commercial property matters and deliver outstanding client care. This will be a varied role within an excellent team of friendly, knowledgeable and supportive professionals. Your caseload will include the following matters:

• Sale and purchase of commercial property and land
• Overage and development clawback agreements
• Easements
• Planning agreements
• Option agreements
• Property mortgaging/finance

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors with a solid background in commercial property matters. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Commitment to providing excellent client service
• Strong client-facing skills with a confident and empathetic approach
• Organised with effective time management skills
• Strong administration and IT skills
• A proven ability to work as part of a team
