Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your key responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks to showcase your expertise:
  • Commercial Property Transactions: Oversee and manage a variety of commercial property transactions, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of the legal intricacies involved.
  • Acquisitions and Disposals: Navigate and facilitate property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring seamless transactions for our clients.
  • Commercial Leases: Provide expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial leases, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and legal precision.
  • Property Finance: Play a pivotal role in property finance matters, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial structures within the commercial property sector.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Preferably possess experience in commercial property, although candidates with residential property experience and some commercial knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday
