An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading law firm’s Commercial and Agricultural Property department in Hereford.

Or client is a reputable law firm with offices based across Shropshire. The firm offers a modern working environment whilst also maintaining a great down to earth feel! Importantly, it is one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in the Commercial and Agricultural Property sector! 

The role 

This Commercial Property Solicitor role will have elements of Agricultural Property work involved. You will work within a large team span across several offices but within Hereford you will work alongside another solicitor and secretarial support. You will handle a full and diverse caseload of commercial property matters and be able to hit the ground running without significant supervision. The work is within the department so this role does not require a huge amount of business development. However, if this is something that is of interest the firm do encourage and support with this. 

The person 

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is able to hit the ground running from the outset with limited supervision. You must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, have a passion for this area of law and be within reasonable commuting distance to the Hereford office although Hybrid working is offered.
