Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for commercial property? We're seeking a full-time Paralegal to join a dynamic Real Estate department. In this role, you'll provide essential support to team the, assisting with a variety of transactions and administrative tasks across diverse sectors including portfolios, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, real estate development, and general commercial property work.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with fee-earners to provide efficient Paralegal support on a daily basis.
- Handle file opening/closing and assist with compliance matters and engagement documents.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including WIP management and data/KPI information.
- Arrange and attend client and internal meetings to provide administrative support.
- Assist Partners with compliance, audits, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and amend transactional documents, completion statements, and invoices.
- Collate and manage property due diligence information for key transactions.
- Utilize online platforms for data/document sharing and track deadlines for the team.

Requirements:
- Exceptional organisation and IT skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive thinker and problem solver who can contribute to team success.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ideally, some experience in residential or commercial property transactions.
