Commercial Property Paralegal/Solicitor

Manchester Staff is currently looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal/Solicitor to join a client with over 10 years experience. The successful candidate will join a well established conveyancing solicitors practice, specialising in residential and commercial property conveyancing, litigation, personal injury, housing disrepair, flight delays and holiday sickness claims.

Job Role: Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal/Solicitor with experience in Commercial property leases from scratch, business agreements and independent legal advice

Skills/Experience Required:

Essential

- 3+ years experience

- Post completion experience

- Leasing experience

Desirable

- Proclaim experience
