A highly respected and well-established Reigate based consultancy is seeking a Commercial Property Agent to join their team. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, a competitive commission structure and flexible working arrangements, you will also be part of a friendly team that rewards hard work. It’s a varied role that will see you visiting clients and properties almost daily, so owning your own car is a must.  You’ll be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders including valued clients so strong professional verbal and written communication skills are essential. You’ll also spend time working with data to identify trends and insights, so it helps if you’ve got an analytical mindset.

As a Commercial Property Agent, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist clients in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, providing expert advice and negotiation support.
  • Oversee commercial and residential property management activities, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management.
  • Conduct valuations to determine accurate market values and offer strategic insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify property investment opportunities and trends.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and market developments to provide clients with the most accurate information and guidance.

You will be mainly based in the office Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30, with the flexibility of remote working one day per week.
