We are on the lookout for a dynamic International Corporate Commercial Manager to spearhead our clients sales team towards achieving ambitious global sales and profit targets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of international, who can navigate cultural and legal nuances with ease. Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement regional  strategies aimed at new business development.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives for the team, aligning with company KPIs.
  • Elevate company presence in the region, identifying new markets and potential clients.
  • Champion product awareness, adapting strategies to regional best practices.
  • Oversee regional lead nurturing and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact within the region, building strong external partnerships.
  • Negotiate business terms and manage the sales funnel to optimize regional performance.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable strategies to boost satisfaction.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive senior management experience in an international commercial role.
  • Background in credit management, collections, or financial services is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient negotiation skills within a complex international matrix organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally as required.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for driving growth.
