Commercial Manager

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join a small, yet growing Boutique Developer and take ownership of the commercial element of the team.

They are Residential focused and Design led with schemes of up to 50 units in planning and multiple small scheme currently in development around London.

As a qualified QS you will also be eager to be directly involved in the full life-cycle of project development.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cost planning during acquisition stage
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Analyse project costs and provide strategic advice to optimise project profitability through value engineering.
  • Procurement
  • Post Contract, on site project management
  • Managing packages from first valuation to final account

You will be joining an entrepreneurial business looking to quickly expand their turn over, offering a fast track route to progression, with the opportunity to have a hands on approach in construction.
