IN2Consult / Commercial Management Accountant / up to £50,000 pa / 12 month FTC 

IN2Consult are partnering with a well established property development & housing company who are on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team for the next 12 months. This role will have a lot of business partnering so the successful candidate will need to have a good level of commercial acumen. For the right candidate they can offer up to £50,000 pa & the role offers 1/2 days of office working per week. Please see below the responsibilities -

Responsibilities 

  • Business partner with our internal stakeholders and Joint Venture partners to ensure accurate project appraisal models and receipt of timely information.
  • To act as a financial lead for your projects in supporting Development and the business through the governance process.
  • To produce monthly reconciliations and notes to the financial statements, ensuring that financial and accounting records are accurately reflected in the accounting systems.
  • To assist in the production of annual statutory financial statements, notes to statements and to liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
  • To assist in the coordination and the production of annual budgets with the relevant budget holders. Provide quarterly forecast of expected outturn and assisting in monitoring their budgets.

Skills Required

  • Commercial acumen
  • Background in property, real estate or housing
  • Strong MS Excel skills & good MS Word skills 
  • 5 + years of management accounting experience
  • 2 + years of business partnering
