Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Coventry City Centre 

Hybrid working will be considered following initial training/probation period

Salary £24k to £26k as a guideline, in line with market rate. Commensurate with experience.

We are working with awell-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised law firm who are looking to attract experienced Commercial Litigation / Debt Recovery Paralegals to join their busy team in Coventry city centre.

The role will involve:

• Dealing with small claims defences
• Preparing witness statements / bundles 
• Taking calls from clients
• Taking instructions 
• Assisting senior solicitors, dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation / debt recovery matters

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Previous debt recovery / commercial litigation experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of using legal case management systems
• Degree level education
• A desire to progress your career within commercial litigation / debt recovery

This is a full-time permanent job, working  9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.  The role will initially be office based, with hybrid working considered following an initial training/probation period.
