Commercial Leasing Manager - London

Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + commission (OTE up to £45,000 extra)

Location: King's Cross, Friday WFH optional

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm

Leasing Manager Position - Join a Leading Workspace Provider

Our client is a premier managed workspace provider in London. We're seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to contribute to their success.

This hybrid role involves engagement with both tenants and landlords, playing a pivotal part in expanding the property portfolio and overseeing leasing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise landlords on attracting and securing managed tenants, offering insights on space configuration, amenities, and pricing strategies.
  • Cultivate partnerships with landlords and agents, growing a portfolio of managed properties under the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise a comprehensive marketing strategy, producing materials like property listings, brochures, online content, and launch events.
  • Support in reporting on building performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct tenant viewings with leaders from various business levels, tailoring proposals to specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client and space-specific floor plans and projected costs.
  • Present ideas to senior leaders, adeptly managing differing expectations and priorities.
  • Negotiate commercial lease terms, lead deal negotiations, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
