This award-winning international commercial legal firm UK law firm is looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to work within their Commercial Healthcare team in Manchester.

Role Overview

As experts in their field, my client is looking for an solicitor with experience working with primary care providers and in particular general practitioners

  • Preparation and review and negotiation of Partnership documentation for medical and dental practitioners
  • Providing general partnership advice
  • Working on partnership mergers
  • Advice and documentation of partnership retirements whether voluntary or compulsory
  • NHS Contract advice
  • Advising primary care networks

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking an healthcare lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:

  • Work with Partners and other senior members of the wider primary care team on complex matters
  • Work on your own matters where appropriate
  • Drafting, reviewing, advising on and negotiating contracts of a nature listed above
  • Develop internal relationships as a starting point
  • Assist with business development initiatives
  • Manage matters in accordance with client service level agreements;
  • Achieve financial and chargeable time targets;
  • Complete client management information as and when required.
