Commercial Finance Analyst with Strong Comms required.

• Annual Salary: £44,000 - £49,500

• Plus Study Support available + 10% discretionary bonus annually
• Hybrid Working 50:50 Office WFH split

An international market leader are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to join their UK Commercial Finance Team. This role offers an excellent professional environment with lots of scope to progress. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the UK Sales, Marketing, and Opex budgets, providing crucial support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for UK market stakeholders.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide financial and management accounting support to the UK Commercial Finance Team.
• Assist Commercial Finance Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting.
• Analyse financial data to support decision-making for UK market stakeholders.
• Support with ad hoc requests and projects as directed by Commercial Finance Managers.
• Work closely with a team of Commercial Finance Managers and Analysts under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Director UK.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of financial matters.
• Maintain attention to detail under pressure, prioritising multiple tasks and dealing with uncertainty.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• AAT qualification and/or relevant accounting experience, or a student with an accounting or business degree.
• Experience in accounting within a multinational organisation, particularly in an FP&A function.
• Proficiency in reporting, budgetary control/analysis, and accounting relating to accruals, prepayments, and assets.
• Strong business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
