We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to work for our client based in Cambridge. This position is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week working between 8am - 4pm but can be flexible around start and finish times. This role will require you to be available for an on-call rota for weekends and evenings, TOIL will be given for any additional hours.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Electrical, Fire & Security, Heating and mechanical wired systems.
  • Fault finding, reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance works.
  • identify any materials that require ordering in and maintain stocks.
  • Oversee PAT testing records and Planned Preventative Maintenance systems.
  • Ensure company health and safety standards are always met.

The Successful Candidate

  • Fully Qualified Electrician
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 testing and inspection or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Confident working alone and testing your own works.
  • ECS card, PASMA & IPAF, (Desirable but not required).
